I like to work closely with my clients to create the perfect site for their business. It is important to us that you get the site you want to represent your company and work as an effective marketing tool for you.

1 – Initial Discussion on your requirements

We want to know what you like and dislike and your aims for the site so we can get a clear picture in our minds of what you want for the site. We will either meet with you at your location or we can discuss your needs over the phone depending on your availability and location. You will then be asked to fill out a questionnaire that in conjunction with our initial discussions will form the basis of the job costing and the production of the formal quote.

2 - Formal Quote

Once you have received a formal quote, it is up to you if you then want to go ahead and place an order. You will also be informed at this point of any third party costs e.g. server costs, domain names etc. You will be expected to pay a deposit but once that is done we will begin work on your site at the earliest possible time.

3 - Domain names and hosting

If the site requires a domain name we will purchase this for you and organise the hosting and any email addresses required for you. Domain names are usually renewed every 2 years, hosting every year. We will inform you of the annual costs for hosting and domain names during the quote stage.

4 - Begin Development

Once the hosting is set up we will begin building. Hosting the site during the build will allow you to view the progress of the site and comment on the work as we build. This way you can review the design and make small changes along the way.

5 - Review progress

We continually ask for your comments on the work so at any time you can bring up any concerns or wishes. It is at this point that any extra work required will be costed and agreed if necessary.

6 - Web site live

When the build is complete and all the content has been entered we will make the site live by pointing the domain name at the site. We will then submit your site to all the major search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo etc) and we will add it to our own Case Study list. All web sites that we build are configured to do as well as they can on the search engines.

7 - Completion.

Once the site is live we will send you an information pack and agreement form which you must sign to say you are happy with the work. The information pack includes advice on how to ensure the continued success of your site and also the access codes for the server.
